Sample contract IV

I, the undersigned, bind myself totally and completely, without limit, to servitude to the holder of this Contract, hereinafter known as Master. I acknowledge receipt of one Euro (EUR 1) and other consideration that to me is sufficient compensation for giving me and all I am/have to the Master.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old, am not now physically or mentally impaired by influence of any drugs, including alcohol, or other reason where I do not know what I am doing and am legally and mentally competent to contract in my own name. I am signing this document of my own free will, without coercion or pressure of any kind. No one has made any promises, guarantees, warranties, or offered threats or inducements of any kind to get me to sign this Contract.

With full understanding of the meanings and implications of this Contract, I specifically desire and request the control delineated and the activities mentioned herein. I specially declare that I will do my very best possible to comply at anytime and anywhere without the need to enforce anything I will be ordered/ruled by the Master. I will never reject any order, refuse to obey, question any order or decision made by the Master. I am fully aware that any kinds of disobedience or hesitation or questioning the Master’s words will be seen as major misbehave and any kind of failing is not permitted to me.

I understand that the laws prohibit slavery and involuntary servitude. Nevertheless, for my own purposes, I desire to become and to be a permanent servant. I am signing this contract in an attempt to affect that status. I specifically request the courts, the law and government not to interfere. I consider any attempt by an outside authority to in any way limit the Master’s rights and prerogatives under this Contract to be an unwarranted interference with my constitutional right to privacy. I am of legal age and I am legally an adult who knows what he is doing. I specifically want this. In the strongest language I request the government not to “protect” me from the consequences of this decision.

I give up any and all rights of any kind and description, except those specifically outlined in this document. I specifically waive any and all protection in law or equity, any constitutional rights or protections, and any other rule or regulation that would in any way prevent the Master from having total control over every aspect of my life.

I desire to be placed in a position where I CANNOT change my mind. Recognizing that a government may not allow a totally irrevocable contract, no matter how much I want one, I agree to the following clause, which, while not making this Contract completely unbreakable, makes it extremely difficult to break.

This Contract is irrevocable except as provided for in this paragraph only. First, it can be canceled at any time, without penalty, by mutual consent. If the Master does not give consent, the Master has the right to force performance in a court of law or equity. Second, it may be unilaterally canceled by the Master at any time, with our without reason.

Areas of Control

The Master has total and complete control in every area. I agree to the Master completely, willingly, to the best of my ability, at all times and in every way. I hereby totally submit to the Master without limit and without reservation. By way of illustrating the Master’s control, but not in any way to limit it, I delineate the following subset of the Master’s rights, privileges, prerogatives, and abilities:

Geographical limits

The Master has the right to limit my movements: to decide where I live, work, play, etc. The Master has the exclusive right to dictate my whereabouts at all times. The Master has the right to exercise this prerogative by physically confining or binding me by any means the Master desires, with no limitations on time or method. I understand that if restrained, the restraints are to remain on and that I will NOT be allowed to take them off or get free until the Master desires to release me, however long that takes.

Dress

The Master has the exclusive right to dictate every aspect of my dress: to decide what, if anything, I am to wear, when, and for how long. The Master has the right to inspect me at any time, and in any situation.

Grooming and Hygiene

The Master has the right to dictate every aspect of my grooming and hygiene.

Hair:
The Master alone determines what amount of body hair I have and where, what hairstyle, from completely bald to as long as it can be grown, I wear and so forth.

Tattoos, Piercing, Body Art:

The Master has the exclusive right to dictate what, if any, body piercing, tattoos, or other body art modifications I will receive.

Eating and Sleeping:

The Master will provide me with sufficient periods to eat and to keep me in reasonable health. However, the Master has the exclusive right to dictate the place, time, manner and conditions of my eating, sleeping and drinking. In addition, the Master has the right to dictate what I eat or drink.

Limitations

The following are binding limitations on the otherwise unconditional nature of my service and the Master’s control over me. Except for the limits in this section, there are none. The Master is in complete control and I hereby authorize and request the Master to treat me as if I were His own body and to do anything painful, harmful, or helpful that he could legally do to himself.

Drug Limitation

I agree, under the strictest of penalties, not to use drugs in any form whatsoever except for a) over-the-counter medications administered or on orders of the Master, b) medicines prescribed by a doctor. The Master agrees to allow me to take prescribed medications on schedule.

Tobacco Limitation

The Master will not force me to use tobacco. The Master does, however, have the right to bring me into establishments that allow smoking, order me to serve Him or His friends’ tobacco products regardless of my preference regarding personal use.

Alcohol Limitation

The Master will not force me to use alcohol to such an extent that my health or safety is endangered. He may bring me into establishments that allow drinking or order me to serve Him or His friends’ drinks, or order me to consume alcohol in moderation, regardless of my preference regarding personal use. If I am to use alcohol, it will be only under the Master’s direction as to time, place extent, type and method.

Sex Limitation

This is NOT a contract for sexual services. I shall NOT receive anything of value for engaging in sex.

I understand I will engage in homosexual sex at Master’s desire and direction. I agree to do so fully, completely, willingly, and to the best of my ability. The Master will decide where, when, and what sexual activities to undertake. The Master has the right to forbid me to engage in sexual activities in general. Except at Master’s direction, I agree to refrain from all sexual activity of every kind and description, including self-gratification. I am completely aware that any form of my own sexual pleasure might become a rare exception and fully agree to this.

Work

The Master may order me to perform physical duties on His behalf and may hire out my labor without compensation of any kind to me.

I agree to serve diligently, completely, and to the very best of my ability at all times. All money received for any of my work shall be the property of the Master. No employer-employee relationship exists between the Master and me. The Master is not responsible for worker’s compensation, social security or other insurances or taxes (such expenses will be cared of by the company where I will have to do my fulltime-job). I serve under this Contract for the compensation already received which is not and is not to be construed as wages. That I am not an employee can be demonstrated by the fact that I cannot quit this Contract.

The Master agrees to use necessary funds from my work to pay any personal bills or obligations I may have had when signing this contract.

Penalties

The Master may enforce His orders by physical, corporal punishment of various types in case of me failing. I understand that, as one method of discipline, I could be spanked (paddled, etc.) with hands or implements or punished in any form the Master sees fit. I understand the punishments are REAL. They WILL hurt, MAY leave marks on my body, and MAY bruise.

Hold Harmless

I submit to this Contract and to treatment hereunder entirely of my own free will and volition and for my own reasons. I enter into this Contract solely and entirely at my own risk. I, for myself, my heirs, my assigns, and all other parties of any description, hereby agree to hold harmless, and release from all liability of any kind, the Master and all other participants in these activities.

Assignment of Property

By signing this Contract, I transfer ownership and all rights to myself, all property, real, personal, tangible, and intangible, and all copyrights, patents, etc. which I now have, will become entitled to, or obtain by any other means during the course of this Contract, to the Master. The Master agrees to use any or all of such properties, copyrights, patents, etc. to pay off any obligations or bills I may have had upon entering this contract, and to use the remainder for expenses associated with my upkeep, such as food, medication, clothing, toys etc. I am fully aware that none of the remainder will be available to my own disposal ever again.

Power of Attorney

By my signature below, I grant the Master unlimited Power of Attorney to turn to His own use and advantage all property described above and to affect any legal transfers or paperwork of any kind and description; to give consent to medical and other treatment: to execute contracts of any sort in my name; to effect and to enforce all rights, privileges, and conditions of this Contract; and to do anything in my name which I could lawfully do without exception or limitation. The Master may specifically do things under this Power of Attorney, which may be perceived to be to His benefit. I desire that the Master be free to exercise this Power of Attorney without any conditions, bonds, oversight, restraint, or interference of any kind. Also, according to the Country I will be living in, I agree to sign Power of Attorney in the form prescribed by law, and have it registered with the needed official Office registry of documents whenever the Master orders me to.

This and other signed Power of Attorney lasts indefinitely from the date of my signing the Contract below.

If any part of this Contract is held to be invalid, the remainder stands as written and the invalid part is changed as slightly as possible to give the Master as much latitude and as many rights and privileges as possible. In a similar fashion, in any disagreement of Interpretation, the Master’s desires shall prevail.

I have read this Contract and have no questions. There are no other provisions. I also declare to have received, read, understood and agreed to all rules and behavioral specifications listed in a separate document.

General Rules

The main duty and rule is to serve and obey 100% at any times at any place – there is no hesitation, no questioning, no rejection, no negotiation and no complaints. In cases where compliance is not possible, the servant still has to try his best to comply, even though he knows he will fail.
The Master’s orders and wishes supersede all others. His orders and rules are irrevocable law to the servant and have to be obeyed beyond any doubt.
The servant’s role is to make life as easy for his Master as he possibly can.
In due course the Master may require the servant be tattooed with designs and wordings of his choosing. The servant will have no say in where or what these are to be.
The servant agrees, to the best of his ability, to obey and devote himself entirely to the pleasures and desires of his Master. The servant also renounces all rights to its own pleasure, comfort, or gratification except insofar as permitted by his Master.

Appearance and Dress

T-shirts, sleeveless t’s or tank tops work for outer wear, plain black, white or red fit most occasions as do leather bar/event logo shirts.
New or worn black or blue jeans are regulation with or without chaps.
Army fatigues, jean cutoffs or leather shorts are all appropriate. Black combat boots, Doc Martins or black lace up work boots are good footwear for all scenes.
Never, ever wear underwear, even when allowed to wear street clothing, this includes thongs and bikinis! Don’t! If something is worn under jeans or shorts wear a jock, athletic or leather.
Chaps, bare-assed or with jeans should fit as designed.
If you’re going to wear a cap it should preferably be a baseball cap. Wear it brim forward.
Wear your keys and hankies on the right – if you flag, then do it correctly and consistently.
Wear your Master’s collar or lock and chain at all times possible, especially when in a leather friendly environment. These symbolize your commitment, submission and subjugation to your Master’s Will, for all to see.
Never wear tennis shoes with leather, rubber or army anything.
Shaved head, military cut, Mohawk, should always be neat and clean.
Preferred outfit I enjoy seeing my boy is army and boots – proper worn, neat, clean.
Any article of clothing or item placed on a slave shall remain there until the Master removes it. A slave shall never remove anything that the Master places on the slave.

What a Master puts on stays on. Anything — whether clothing or restraints — that a Master puts onto a slave in service to Him, or under His authority, is normally considered locked on , whether actual locks are used or not, and left in place until the Master removes it. If any restraining device creates a problem, the slave must go to his Master and, after presenting and being acknowledged, inform the Master of the problem. Of course, if a problem is urgent or life-threatening, the slave should simply seek help as quickly as possible.

Attitude, Approach and Deportment

Your attitude should be one of submission, mentally, physically, and verbally.
Standing with feet set at shoulder width and hands held behind your back resting on the tail bone, the head may be bowed or held up however the eyes should be cast down when the slave is not communicating with anyone. This will show both submission and pride.
Be friendly and smile showing confidence and good self-image.
Use “Sir” when addressing all men, as in “Yes, Sir!” and “No, Sir”. A bottom, boy, or slave will quickly tell you not to call them, “Sir!” if that is a title they are not entitled to.
When communicating with a Master, a slave will answer questions directed to it with “Yes, SIR”, “No, SIR”, or the shortest number of words needed to answer the question. If more detailed communication or leisure chat is happening, your Master will let you know.
Never interrupt a Top in anything.
Never join in a scene uninvited.
Walking in public. When accompanying your Master a boy or slave will walk, stand, stay within a 5 feet range of his Master and definitely at all times within His peripheral vision, even when allowed to stray. A Master should always be able to maintain eye contact with his slave if needed. In crowded environments the slave may even place two fingers in the back pocket or the belt of his Masters pants to ensure not to get separated from his Master and also if there were a person to bother my property, I would become immediately aware of it.
A slave stands no matter what the circumstance when its Master stands.
Never lean yourself on anything, maintain proper posture at all times, unless allowed explicitly by your Master.
At a restaurant, the slave must remain standing at the table until instructed to sit by its Master. A slave should not assume that it will order its own food. At any time during the meal if the Master stands, the slave must stand also and wait until the Master Sits again and Instructs slave to sit unless Ordered to do otherwise. The slave should never take a bite of food or sip of beverage until it’s Master has done so.
Physical interaction with others. Whenever anyone touches, fondles or grabs a slave in front of the slave’s Master, the slave should not attempt to interfere or avoid such attention but must defer any Comments or Action concerning the activity to its Master.
If a slave is not with its Master and anyone touches, fondles, grabs or attempts to Use the slave without the Owner’s Permission the slave will respectfully say, “Sir, this slave is the property of a Master, please obtain His Permission to use it!” The slave should not indicate interest or discouragement.
Addressing. A slave refers to every man, regardless of age or position as “Sir”.
In written communication a slave will sign its name always in lower case as well as use lower case when referring to itself in any manner.
Likewise in written communication when referring to a Master or any reference to a Master such as Him, His, You, Your etc. a slave should capitalize the words or the first letter of the words.
Ask first when a Master is present. Whenever a Master is present, a slave may not leave the room to use the bathroom, help himself to food or drink (except water), put on clothing, or use any electronic devices, including the telephone and computers, without first determining the Master’s wishes. If no Master is present or close by, however, unless there are specific orders to the contrary, a slave may use the bathroom at need and drink water or other nonalcoholic beverages whenever he wishes (see “Stay hydrated” below).
Furniture usage. A slave is not allowed to use furniture at any time without express instructions. If a slave has duties in the computer room or is allowed to go online, he may use the chairs there, but only while at the computer.
Sitting. When told to “sit,” a slave sits on the floor unless otherwise directed.
Toilet usage. A slave sits for all toilet functions (he may not piss standing up). The door to the slave’s bathroom is always left open when a slave is using it, he has no privacy from his Master.
Eating and drinking. During regular mealtimes, a slave prepares and serves food for his Master and eventual guests and also for himself. When the Master is seated at table for a meal, a slave waits in Standing position for orders to begin eating. A slave does not begin to eat until his Masters present has begun eating.
Outside of mealtimes, if a slave feels the need for food or drink, other than water, and the Master is present, the slave always first asks the Master.
Stay hydrated. Slaves are required to drink sufficiently. Doing so does not require a Master’s permission or direction, though if a Master is present the slave must first ask if the Master wishes anything before the slave helps himself to anything other than water.
Bondage or s/m equipment. A slave may not touch or use any of his Master’s devices used in the control, discipline, or training of slaves (that is, restraints, whips, and so on) unless under specific orders — for instance, to clean up the Dungeon (or the Master’s bedroom) after a session or to assist the Master in a session with someone else.
When away from house. When a slave is be away from the house, as for an outside job, or if his Master is not with him (at work or other travels), the Master will set appropriate ground rules. All activity other than what is required for the slave’s ordinary routine must be cleared in advance. The Master must know at all times where the slave is, what he is doing, and when he will return to the house. Normally, a slave away from the house is allowed to use only work-related furniture, or restaurant/cafeteria seats during meals. If the slave lives in his own apartment or house, he will follow the same rules regarding use of furniture, etc. that he would follow at his Master’s home. Necessary exceptions may be made so that at no time will the slave draw unnecessary attention to himself or cause inconvenience to others by his disciplined behavior.
Sexual activity. A slave’s sex life is not his concern as long as it does not endanger his health. A slave may not initiate sexual activity with anyone else, even another slave, nor give himself sexual release except under orders from his Master. A slave may be used sexually by his own Master at the Master’s sole discretion; whether and when the slave is allowed to have an orgasm is up to the Master. A slave will refrain from all self-stimulation unless ordered otherwise.
Speech. A slave only speaks in public after asking, “Sir?” and being given permission, unless he is responding to a Master’s questions or has been invited to participate in an ongoing conversation.
Extended questions or comments. If the slave feels the need to ask an involved question or one that will require more than a yes/no response from the Master or make a comment, he asks, “Sir?” The slave awaits the Master’s response whether the response is affirmative or negative, and, finally, if the response was affirmative, asks his question or makes his comment.
Apologies “Beg Your pardon, Sir” is how a slave expresses regret for an accidental mishap. My slave never says “Sorry” nor “Excuse me,” as these forms imply that the slave acted of his own will.
No arguments. A slave is never wrong to ask for clarification of orders given him or to offer to inform the Master of something that is troubling him — or something that is giving him joy! — but leading questions and argumentative expressions of opinion must be avoided. Masters and slaves may discuss any matter at all, at the Master’s discretion, but they do not debate!
Be attentive. Make sure to notice any possible needs of your Master before they arise, to be present at time to satisfy his needs (lighting cigarettes, refilling drinks, coffee, empty ashtrays, a possible snack and so on).

Presenting

“Presenting” is an act and position(s) taken by a slave to communicate “the strength of the slave and the power of his obedience” as well as its submission to a Master. There are four basic positions that are common throughout the Master/slave Community. Masters Use a variety of Labels for these positions and may alter the positions to Their Desires.

On Knees: the slave kneels (may sit back on its heels), with knees spread shoulder wide, hands held behind your back resting on the tail bone, the chest is held forward, the head may be bowed or held up however the eyes should be cast down when the slave is not communicating with anyone. This position should become the slaves default position when approaching his Master in-house or being approached by his Master in-house. A slave always remains in that position until either given command to ‘continue’ (whatever the slave was busy with at the time) or any other desired order of its Master demands a change.
Standing: the slave stands upright, with feet spread shoulder wide, hands held behind your back resting on the tail bone; the chest is held forward, the head may be bowed or held up however the eyes should be cast down when the slave is not communicating with anyone. This is used in public when kneeling might draw undesirable attention. The same position is used in public whenever the slave must stand by and wait while his Master is otherwise engaged. In this and all other respects, a slave’s public behavior must engender respect for slavery and for the Master he serves.
One Knee: the slave kneels upright with only the right knee on the ground while the left knee is bent; the chest is held forward. This is the position used most while serving the Master from the slave’s hand (refreshments, the paper, etc.), if the slave serves in-between his chores, duties or even during rather ‘casual’ free times. If it is the intention that the slave remains kneeling next to his master when having served, he will directly assume the “On Knees” position.
Standing Relaxed: this is the same as the Standing Present except that neither head is bowed nor eyes cast down and the slave is allowed to communicate/speak freely to anyone with and around him . This position is sometimes called “At Ease”. This position is also to assume outside of the house whenever the slave is standing while his Master is not with him).

When to present
A slave is expected to present whenever:

1) he first enters or leaves any building, room, or other space occupied by a Master, or vice versa (that is, whenever a Master first enters or leaves any building, room, or other space the slave occupies)— thus, at any time when under social conditions a “Hello” or “Goodbye” would be in order.

2) he needs to ask a question of a Master or receive additional instructions in order to complete an assigned task.

3) he has completed all currently assigned tasks and awaits the Master’s pleasure. A slave who has finished all of his assigned tasks does not simply go off and do as he pleases when a Master is present but asks what the Master desires him to do. (If no Master is present, the slave should follow his best judgment in the light of his training and standing orders.)

The complete presenting ritual is not necessary when either the Master or slave comes and goes repeatedly in the course of normal household or other activities.

How to present

When a slave presents , he comes up to the Master, or within His line of sight, and silently kneels or stands in a present position. By doing so, the slave brings himself within the Master’s awareness and waits for acknowledgement without disturbing whatever the Master is doing at the time. If it is the Master Who enters a space where a slave is engaged, the slave stops whatever he was doing and presents to indicate that he is prepared to follow any direction the Master wishes to give him.

Waiting for recognition

A slave cannot continue until the Master recognizes his presence by a word, look, or gesture. If the Master is busy and moving around the room when the slave enters and takes up a present position, the slave may move his eyes while waiting in order to follow the Master’s location and not miss a hand signal or other gesture to approach. If the slave is standing, he may even change his own location in the room to avoid losing track of the Master. Typically, however, the Master will quickly notice the slave and waive it by telling him to “sit,” “stay,” or “continue.” If told to “stay,” the slave remains where he is and maintains the present position until he is given another order.

Continuing

When told to “continue,” if the slave had been fulfilling some other order before he stopped to present , he returns to that activity. If the slave does not have other duties, when told to “continue” he is free to sit quietly on the floor near at hand; he may also express honest affection by wrapping his arms around the Master’s leg, kissing His boots, and so on.

Obedience and “correctness.”

A slave will always act and respond in such a way as to make the Master’s orders look “right.” A slave will never give the appearance that he thinks a Master has made a mistake, whether by facial expression, body language, or verbal challenge. Masters are not perfect, but whatever They order is “right” because it is Their will. It is the Master’s will that the slave submits to, not His correctness. If the slave feels that he has information the Master is lacking or sees a better possibility that He has not considered, the slave may — within the limits of the protocol — ask whether the Master wishes him to convey such information or to make a suggestion.

Being open

A slave exists without privacy or defenses. What he is, whatever he does, and even what he thinks and feels must be open at all times. A slave should always carry himself with dignity, whether naked and in chains or out in the workaday world, and his appearance and behavior should always reflect positively on his Master and his slave brothers.

Honesty
At all times. This will maximize our understanding of each other. Avoid passive-aggressive behavior at all costs as it combines at least two very unattractive traits: dishonesty and unwillingness to communicate directly.

Chastity:

Chastity of the servant is absolute and essential to the life as a servant. The servant has no rights or privileges whatsoever to any form of sexual expression.
The Servant may under no circumstance ever touch anywhere in his genital area without express permission to do so, except for cleaning and when urinating.
Servant will never allow anyone to touch or play with genitalia without the express permission of the Master.
Servant will maintain 100% monogamy to the Master. Breach of monogamy is only allowed with explicit permission of the Master.

Sexual duties:

The servant is available for sexual service at any time, day or night. The servant’s obligation shall be to perform as ordered, when ordered. It is expected to make every effort to please the Master. The Master shall always consider the servants personal health concerns.
The servant has absolutely NO rights on any kind of attention by his owner – be it sexual or any other form of attention – the servant will accept patiently to be left waiting at times he is not wanted or needed.
The servant has absolute no sexual or other privileges at all – any granted privilege is unique and nonrecurring unless explicitly told so. Any recurring privilege can be denied at any times without reasons.

Household responsibilities:

The servant is responsible for the general state of the Master’s home and has to make sure it is in the best state at any time.
The servant has to perform all necessary and existing domestic duties. The servant may be loaned for domestic duties to anyone of the Master’s choosing at any time at the Master’s sole discretion.
The servant is also responsible for the general care and feeding of the permanent and temporary occupants of the Master’s household whenever told to.

“Blessed is that slave whom his MASTER will find at work when HE arrives”! (Matt. 24:46 )

Outside relationship privileges:

Relationship with the Master is primary to all others.
The servant will have no relations outside of the Master/servant contract without prior permission by the Master.
As long as the primacy of the Master/servant relationship is maintained, existing and new friendships may be maintained and developed with the Masters explicit permission.
The servant is never to place outside relationships before its duties.

Others:

Changes to the contract and rules are at the Masters discretion and his decision is final.

Further additions or changes will come during the time of the servitude, the servant has to remember each of the rules/orders given to him)

It will remain policy that there are never punishments given in anger. Punishment is reserved for rule infractions.

Trustworthiness

Orders

Every order issued is cheerfully acknowledged with “Yes, Sir!!” once understood.(“Beg Your pardon Sir” is the appropriate response when a slave didn’t hear or clearly understand an order.

Self-supporting
I am your Master, not your sugar daddy. But being the one responsible for my property I make sure sufficient self-support is present and will support any troubles there might be in-between times. The slave is not there to make his Master rich, but also not there to become an ongoing burden to Him.

Clean
In yourself and our home.

Loving

It is My hope that My property spreads love and joy to the rest of humanity as it travels along its path. Therefore, my standing orders are to strive to be mindfully present with a loving heart.

Dissolution:

The Master alone may terminate this agreement. The servant cannot terminate this agreement ever.

Bill of Sale

Seller warrants and represents that Seller has good title to said property, has full authority to sell and transfer same, and that said goods are being sold free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description.
